At Crown Rich Hair, we want every customer to feel confident when ordering from us. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
7-Day Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- Unworn
- Unused
- Unwashed
- Unaltered
- Lace uncut
- Free from product, perfume, smoke, makeup, or any signs of wear
- With tags attached
- In its original packaging
You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on wigs or hair products that have been worn, installed, cut, styled, washed, altered, or removed from their original condition.
How to Start a Return

- Your order number
- Full name
- Email used at checkout
- Reason for return
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
If your return is accepted, we will send you return instructions, including how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@crownrichhair.com so we can review the issue and make it right.
Please include clear photos or videos showing the issue, along with your order number.
Damage claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items that have been worn or installed
- Wigs with lace cut
- Washed, styled, dyed, bleached, or altered hair
- Items with product buildup, perfume, smoke, makeup, or signs of wear
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Items returned without approval
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to request a return for the item you received. Once your return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method.
Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Crown Rich Hair is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@crownrichhair.com.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.
